I pre-booked my private ski lesson through the hotel and it was 50% cheaper compared to market rate. The hotel had a free shuttle perfect timing for my morning ski class and after a cup of coffee from my lesson, the next free shuttle was there. Although the free shuttle is not as frequent as most would like, go taxi app is also always available. The room was amazing. I went with my husband and my parents so we shared a room, the one with its on tatami. And also sofa bed. The room was really huge! And it had a fully equipped kitchen. Our view was also great. We just saw pure white snow. The hotel provides samue to wear around the hotel and we loved it! The onsen was great and it’s free! I went night and in the early morning (and no one was around at 6am). Food was limited choice but delicious! We had seafood curry pizza and seafood curry rice. Curry is a need in the cold weather. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We stay at One Niseko Resort Towers for 3 nights in July. The location is a bit isolated but since we had a rental car, it was not an issue. We had a reservation for a studio with tatami area in the West wing (8th floor). However, there was a really unpleasant smell in the bathroom (like sewage or something similar). The morning after our first night we addressed this problem to the staff at the reception. The young gentleman working there was helpful and professional (and he spoke good English!) and offered us a different room (a room upgrade - a bigger suite in the East wing) which we accepted. He was also kind to help us with our luggage. The room had nice views, a kitchen area (with big fridge) and a tatami area. We also tried the onsen which was simple (comparing to some others we visited), but ok.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is still awesome. Rooms are a very good size and have good facilities. Excellent Onsen. Get breakfast included because the breakfast is very good and worth the extra money. Walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Moiwa snow area. Has a courtesy shuttle bus to Niseko resorts. We had to eat in the hotel restaurant on a couple of nights and the meals were much less expensive than you would expect.

The rooms were spacious and private, breakfast offering was great and diverse, the onsens are amazing and have both indoor and outdoor baths. The massages were very relaxing. The hotel offers shuttle buses each day to and from popular ski and town locations. Ski hire can be booked through the hotel and delivered to the hotel ski lockers which made things a lot easier.

The size of the room is over expectations!! with electric stove and all the kitchen appliances prepared, you can easily cook your own meal at home and there is even an island bar on the room where you can enjoy a drinking party with friends, public bath is extraordinary with outside pool, overall a good stay, fair for the price.
